1. Promotion Name

1.1 This promotion is referred to as the "Birthday BlessTime Promotion" or "Birthday Girl Extra BlessTime Promotion."

2. Promotion Summary

2.1 During an active promotion period, eligible creators whose verified birthday falls within the promotion window may receive five (5) additional hours of showcase BlessTime on the Platform.

2.2 BlessTime means extended featured showcase visibility within the creator arena rotation, subject to slot availability and Platform rules.

2.3 This promotion provides digital platform visibility only. It does not guarantee votes, earnings, communication, matches, meetings, or any specific outcome.

3. Eligibility

3.1 To qualify, a creator must:

(a) be at least 18 years old;
(b) maintain an active, verified creator account in good standing;
(c) have a verified birthday date on file that falls within the active promotion period;
(d) comply with the Terms and Conditions, Creator Participation Agreement, and Community Guidelines;
(e) not be suspended, restricted, or under investigation for policy violations.

3.2 One birthday BlessTime benefit per eligible creator per calendar year unless otherwise stated in a specific campaign notice.

3.3 The Platform may require identity or birthday verification before granting BlessTime.

4. Promotion Period

4.1 Unless otherwise announced, the birthday BlessTime benefit applies during the creator's verified birthday date and the immediately following five (5) hour window in the Platform's official timezone (America/Port_of_Spain).

4.2 If a creator's birthday verification is completed after the birthday date, the Company may grant the benefit at its discretion or deny it for that year.

5. How to Claim

5.1 Eligible creators must:

(a) maintain a verified creator profile;
(b) ensure birthday information is accurate before the promotion window;
(c) remain compliant with moderation and verification requirements.

5.2 No separate purchase is required unless expressly stated in a future paid campaign. Standard creator participation rules still apply.

6. Limits and Exclusions

6.1 The promotion does not:

(a) guarantee front-slot placement at all times;
(b) override moderation, suspension, or legal removal actions;
(c) apply to fraudulent, duplicate, or unverified accounts;
(d) transfer to another user or account;
(e) convert to cash, credits, refunds, or offline benefits.

6.2 BlessTime may be reduced, paused, or revoked if the creator violates Platform policies or if required for security, legal compliance, or system maintenance.

6.3 If arena slots are full, BlessTime may queue behind existing rotation rules.

7. Non-Discrimination Statement

7.1 Creator applications are open to eligible adult creators regardless of gender, subject to verification, capacity, and Platform rules.

7.2 Promotional messaging may highlight birthday celebrations but does not exclude eligible creators on the basis of gender, except where limited by law or explicit campaign rules published separately.

8. Changes and Cancellation

8.1 We may modify, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time for operational, legal, or security reasons.

8.2 Material changes will be posted on the Platform or legal pages where required.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

9.1 This promotion is governed by the Platform's Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Creator Participation Agreement, Refund and Payment Policy, and Community Guidelines.

9.2 If there is a conflict, the Terms and Conditions prevail unless mandatory law requires otherwise.
