Introduction
These Community Guidelines ("Guidelines") apply to all users of Caribbean Popularity Arena (the "Platform"), operated by [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] from the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

1. Purpose

1.2 These Guidelines exist to protect users, creators, and Platform integrity.

2. General Expectations
2.1 Treat others with respect.
2.2 Use the Platform lawfully and in good faith.
2.3 Do not exploit Platform features to harm, deceive, or manipulate others.
2.4 Honor consent, privacy, and personal boundaries in all interactions.
3. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is prohibited on the Platform.
3.1 Harassment
Repeated unwanted contact, targeted insults, sexual harassment, intimidation, or conduct intended to distress another user.
3.2 Hate Speech
Content that attacks individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, including race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or similar attributes, where prohibited by applicable law and Platform policy.
3.3 Threats
Threats of violence, harm, self-harm encouragement directed at others, or incitement to violence.
3.4 Bullying
Coordinated ridicule, public shaming campaigns, or sustained hostile behavior toward a user.
3.5 Doxxing
Publishing or threatening to publish private personal information without lawful authority or consent.
3.6 Blackmail and Extortion
Demanding money, content, meetings, or other concessions under threat of exposure, reporting, or harm.
3.7 Fraud and Scams
Deceptive schemes, fake payment requests, phishing, investment scams, romance scams, or misrepresentation intended to obtain money or data.
3.8 Impersonation
Pretending to be another user, creator, Company staff, public figure, or entity without authorization.
3.9 Illegal Activity
Using the Platform to facilitate, promote, or coordinate unlawful conduct, including solicitation of illegal services.
3.10 Non-Consensual Content
Sharing intimate images or recordings without consent, revenge content, or content involving persons unable to consent.
3.11 Unauthorized Sharing of Personal Information
Disclosing another person's contact details, location, financial information, or private records without permission.
3.12 Spam
Bulk unsolicited messages, repetitive promotional contact, fake votes, bot engagement, or manipulative ranking activity.
3.13 Malicious Activity
Malware distribution, hacking attempts, credential theft, or interference with Platform security.
3.14 Account Abuse
Creating duplicate accounts to evade enforcement, buying or selling accounts, or sharing credentials.
4. Content Standards
4.1 Content must comply with applicable law and Platform policies.
4.2 Content must not promote escort services, prostitution, unlawful recruitment, or guaranteed romantic or financial outcomes.
4.3 Content must accurately represent the creator or user posting it.
4.4 Sexually explicit content rules, nudity standards, and age-restricted content policies should be defined by counsel and published separately where applicable.
5. Creator-Specific Rules
5.1 Creators must maintain accurate profile information and lawful showcase content.
5.2 Creators must not solicit off-platform payments in violation of Platform rules or payment processor requirements.
5.3 Creators must not promise meetings, relationships, or personal access in exchange for votes or payments unless clearly disclosed as optional, lawful, and non-guaranteed community engagement only.
6. Member-Specific Rules
6.1 Members must not harass creators or demand personal contact as a condition of participation.
6.2 Members must not attempt to purchase access to a specific individual outside permitted Platform features.
6.3 Members must report suspicious or abusive behavior promptly.
7. Reporting Violations
7.1 Users may report violations through in-Platform reporting tools where available or by email to [[email protected]] or [[email protected]].
7.2 Reports should include relevant usernames, links, screenshots, and description of the conduct.
7.3 False or malicious reporting may itself result in enforcement action.
8. Investigation Procedures
8.1 We review reports using a risk-based approach.
8.2 Investigations may include review of account history, content, communications metadata, and payment activity where relevant.
8.3 We may request additional information from involved parties.
8.4 We are not obligated to disclose investigation details to reporters except where required by law.
9. Enforcement Actions
9.1 Depending on severity, frequency, and risk, we may take one or more of the following actions:
(a) warning or notice;
(b) content removal;
(c) feature restriction;
(d) temporary suspension;
(e) permanent termination;
(f) device or IP restriction;
(g) referral to payment processors or authorities;
(h) preservation of records for legal proceedings.
9.2 Emergency action may be taken immediately where necessary to protect users or the Platform.
10. Appeals
