Parties

This Creator Participation Agreement ("Agreement") is between [REGISTERED BUSINESS NAME] ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," or "our"), registered in the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago (No. [BUSINESS REGISTRATION NUMBER]), and the individual or entity applying for or maintaining a creator account ("Creator," "you").

This Agreement supplements the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and other Platform policies.

1. Creator Eligibility

1.1 To participate as a Creator, you must:

(a) be at least 18 years old;
(b) have legal capacity to enter this Agreement;
(c) provide accurate registration and verification information;
(d) comply with all Platform policies and applicable law;
(e) not be prohibited from using the Platform by prior enforcement action or law.

1.2 Creator approval is discretionary. Meeting eligibility criteria does not guarantee acceptance, verification, placement, or visibility.

2. Creator Verification

2.1 We may require identity verification, age verification, residency confirmation, payment verification, or additional checks.

2.2 You authorize us to use verification vendors and to retain verification records as permitted by law.

2.3 False or misleading verification information may result in immediate termination.

2.4 Verification status does not constitute endorsement, agency, employment, or partnership with the Company.

3. Profile Standards

3.1 Creator profiles must be accurate, current, and not misleading.

3.2 Profiles must not impersonate others or falsely claim affiliations, awards, or verification beyond what the Platform has granted.

3.3 Island, category, language, and showcase information must reflect genuine creator identity and content focus.

3.4 We may edit formatting, remove non-compliant elements, or reject profiles that fail standards.

4. Content Standards

4.1 Creator content must comply with Community Guidelines, applicable law, and payment processor acceptable use requirements.

4.2 Prohibited content includes illegal material, non-consensual content, hate speech, threats, fraud promotions, escort or prostitution solicitation, and content infringing third-party rights.

4.3 Content must not guarantee meetings, romantic outcomes, employment, or financial results.

4.4 Content standards for nudity, adult themes, and age-restricted material must be confirmed by counsel and published separately if applicable.

5. Media Ownership Warranties

5.1 You represent and warrant that you own or have obtained all rights, licenses, and permissions necessary to upload, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 You represent that your content does not infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

5.3 You will indemnify the Company for claims arising from your content or breach of these warranties, subject to the Terms.

6. Community Obligations

6.1 Creators must treat members and other users respectfully and comply with Community Guidelines.

6.2 Creators must not harass, exploit, or pressure users for off-platform payments or personal contact.

6.3 Creators must cooperate with moderation, safety reviews, and lawful information requests.

7. Conduct Expectations

7.1 Creators must not manipulate votes, rankings, or engagement through bots, purchased traffic, coordinated inauthentic behavior, or fraudulent accounts.

7.2 Creators must not misrepresent Platform features, payment outcomes, or relationship possibilities.

7.3 Creators participating in optional communication or matching features must respect consent and blocking tools.

8. Removal Rights

8.1 We may remove creator content, profiles, or showcase placement at any time for policy violations, legal requirements, risk concerns, or operational reasons.

8.2 Removal of content or placement does not entitle Creator to refunds of Platform fees unless required by law or our Refund and Payment Policy.

9. Suspension Rights

9.1 We may suspend creator accounts pending investigation of reported violations, fraud, impersonation, or legal concerns.

9.2 During suspension, showcase visibility and monetization features may be disabled.

10. Termination Rights

10.1 We may terminate creator participation for material breach, repeated violations, legal prohibition, or risk to users or the Platform.

10.2 Creators may terminate participation by closing their account subject to outstanding obligations and retention requirements.

10.3 Upon termination, licenses granted to the Company survive as necessary to operate the Platform, comply with law, and resolve disputes, as described below.

11. Promotional Consent Options

11.1 Creators may opt in or opt out of certain Platform promotional uses (e.g., featuring a profile in marketing materials) through account settings or written consent where provided.

11.2 Opt-in promotional use is limited to the scope disclosed at the time of consent.

11.3 Creators may withdraw promotional consent prospectively, subject to materials already published or contractual commitments.

12. Content Licensing Provisions

12.1 You retain ownership of content you submit, subject to the licenses below.

12.2 You grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, perform, distribute, adapt formatting of, and promote your content solely for:

(a) operating and improving the Platform;
(b) displaying creator showcases, rankings, and community features;
(c) moderation, safety, and legal compliance;
(d) promotional uses for which you have opted in.

12.3 The license continues for content already distributed or archived as reasonably necessary after account closure, subject to deletion requests and legal retention rules.

12.4 You may not upload content subject to restrictions that would prevent the above Platform uses.

13. Payments and Creator Features

13.1 Where creator monetization, tipping, boosts, or revenue share features are offered, additional terms and tax disclosures will apply.

13.2 Payments relate to Platform features and digital services only. They do not create employment, agency, or guaranteed earnings.

13.3 Creators are responsible for their own tax obligations unless otherwise required by law and confirmed in writing.

14. Independent Creator Status

14.1 Creators are independent participants, not employees, agents, or partners of the Company.

14.2 Creators control their own content and lawful conduct subject to Platform policies.

14.3 Nothing in this Agreement creates a joint venture or franchise relationship.

15. Governing Law

15.1 This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago, except where mandatory local law applies.

15.2 Disputes are handled in accordance with the dispute resolution provisions in the Terms and Conditions.
