1. Purpose
1.1 This Content Ownership and Intellectual Property Policy ("Policy") explains ownership of Platform materials and user content, license grants, trademark rules, and copyright complaint procedures.

2. Platform Ownership

5. License Grants to the Company
5.1 By submitting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt formatting, display, perform, distribute, and promote content as necessary to:
(a) operate the Platform;
(b) display showcases, rankings, and community features;
(c) enforce policies and comply with law;
(d) perform promotional uses with opt-in consent where applicable.
5.2 The license survives account termination to the extent necessary for backups, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and previously distributed materials, subject to deletion rights and retention limits.
6. License Grants to Other Users
6.1 Content displayed publicly on the Platform may be viewed through Platform functionality only.
6.2 Users may not copy, download, redistribute, or commercially exploit creator or member content except through features expressly provided or with content owner permission.
7. Trademark Protections
7.1 Users may not use Company trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.
7.2 Creators may not imply official partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by the Company beyond approved badges or disclosures.
