8. User Responsibilities
8.1 You are solely responsible for your conduct, content, communications, and interactions on or through the Platform.

10. Community Standards
10.1 All users must comply with the Community Guidelines, incorporated by reference into these Terms.
10.2 Violations of community standards may result in content removal, feature restrictions, suspension, or termination.
11. Platform Features
11.1 The Platform provides software tools, creator showcases, profile discovery systems, voting systems, engagement systems, communication tools, community features, content-sharing functionality, and optional mutual matching features, as made available from time to time.
11.2 Feature availability may change without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any feature.
11.3 The Platform is a digital entertainment and community engagement service. It is not:

(j) circumvent payment, verification, or access controls;
(k) use the Platform for escort services, prostitution, unlawful solicitation, or unlawful recruitment;
(l) upload malware or interfere with Platform operations.
18. Fraud Prevention
18.1 We employ technical, operational, and manual measures to detect and prevent fraud, including payment fraud, account abuse, and identity misrepresentation.
18.2 We may delay, reverse, or refuse transactions, restrict features, or suspend accounts pending investigation.
18.3 Users must cooperate with fraud reviews and provide requested information truthfully.
19. Spam Prevention
19.1 Unsolicited bulk messaging, repetitive promotional contact, fake engagement, and manipulative voting are prohibited.

20. Impersonation Prohibition

29.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) amounts paid by you to the Company in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim; or (b) TTD equivalent to be confirmed by counsel.
29.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
30. Disclaimer of Warranties

30.2 We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

31. Indemnification
